Blue Ribbon Clean Standard Pricing
Routine Deep Cleaning
$30/HR - 3 HR minimum
This is our standard package for a routine top to bottom deep clean throughout the house or with the time available according to your budget.
• General Decluttering/Picking up
• Dusting, Sanitizing, and cleaning all surfaces, walls, cabinets, appliances etc...
• Scrubbing and sanitization of bathrooms and kitchens
• Washing interior windows and mirrors
• Vacuuming and mopping all floors and baseboards.
• Polishing Furniture
• (By request) Laundry service and Linen changes
• (By request) Inside of Refrigerators and Ovens
Move In/ Move Out Cleaning $32/ HR - 4 Hr minimum
This cleaning package is for empty properties that are getting ready to re-rent out, cleaned before, or after moving in. In addition to our standard cleaning package, this is a top to bottom deep clean, inside cabinets, and other surfaces/ areas of the house that are typically inaccessible because of furniture or house hold items.
Hazard Cleaning
$50/HR - 5 HR minimim
This package is for properties that are considered a hazard to enter and requiring additional PPE and equipment. This includes hoarder clean outs, having an excess of animal or human feces or bio-hazard type wastes, pests such as extreme bug or rodent infestations, or having to work in extreme environments such as temperatures above 90* or more. These cleans are typically extensive and take a considerable amount of time.
How Pricing and Timing Works

Blue Ribbon Clean charges by the hour, per hour of labor for our services.

We typically do not provide quotes ahead of time because we have found that quotes are rarely accurate because every house and family has different needs.

First time cleans are timed and then a total is figured at the end of the clean.

If you have a budget you do not want to go over, we will work with you and do all we can with the allotted time frame.

After the first clean and you choose whether you would like to be on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning plan and have established the particular needs and the timing to clean your house, we will then be able to give you a standing quote that does not change. This will be the price you pay going forward.
