How Our Pricing & Timing Works
We charge by the hour, per hour of labor
If our cleaning specialists work as a team, billing is per each specialist's labor. For example, a team of two would complete a 6-hour clean in 3 hours — billed as 6 hours total.
We don't provide quotes before we clean
Every home and family is different. Instead of a quote, tell us the size of your home and what cleaning you already do — we'll give you a range based on similar homes. We'll always work within your budget.
First-time cleans are timed
Your first clean is timed and the total is calculated at the end. If you have a budget, just let us know — we'll do everything we can within your allotted time.
After your first clean, you get a set price
Once your first clean is complete and you've chosen your rotation, specific needs, and requests — we'll give you a fixed quote that doesn't change. That becomes your set price going forward.
